We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Mystery bags & subscription boxes
Mystery bags and subscription boxes are excluded from our extended 30-day returns policy. Your statutory cancellation rights still apply: for eligible online purchases, you have 14 days to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return your order.
This exclusion does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
How to return
Please include your name, order number and reason for return inside your parcel. A reason is optional when exercising your statutory cancellation rights.

Processing your return
Please allow up to 7 working days from when we receive your return for it to be processed and your refund issued.
