Please note that due to the current climate with COVID we are experiencing a couple of delays in shipping. Due to the social distancing laws, we are not able to have as many staff in our production houses as usual, and are doing our upmost first and foremost to ensure their safety! We really do apologise if your order is affected in any way, but we promise we are working on it and you will LOVE it when it arrives.
1) We are happy to be able to offer you the option of tracked shipping at the checkout, tracked shipping allows you to follow your order from the moment it is dispatched.
All items are handmade in the UK & USA and although we aim to get your order out as soon as possible, please note some orders can take up to 7 working days or a little more during COVID RESTRICTIONS (excluding bank holidays) with standard shipping. You will receive a shipping notification when your order is on it's way!
3) For all Worldwide orders please allow up to 14 working days delivery from date of dispatch. ( Please note orders are dispatched promptly in the UK, however customs can vary in each country as to how quick they release items.)
4) For Wholesale orders we quote dispatch within 14 days.
What if I am not in?
A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
We offer 14 days to return your items by from date of receiving, as long as the items are still in their original condition and tags still attached. If the order is being returned in FULL (All items) please return inside the OM dust bag they arrived in to:

(please include a note with your order number so we can quickly locate you and instructions for return/ exchange)
PLEASE ALSO ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS FOR REFUNDS TO BE PROCESSED from the date that we receive the items back - please note we do aim to be quicker than 10 days.
